Basting spray

Aurifil basting spray is an temporary adhesive aerosol spray that allows you to baste your quilt layers together instantly. Aurifil basting spray has the distinction of been  long lasting up to 46 hours if gently handled .This allows quilters time to work on their creations repositioning each piece when necessary. The adhesive spray is very useful for machine embroidery too. Available in two different sizes: 500 ml can  200 ml can. The product is eco-friendly and  ozone safe.

water-soluble thread

Aurifil creativity never ends: for all the most ambitious and original quilters, Aurifil has a clever, temporary thread. Many quilters already use it when positioning fine details or decorative parts of their creation. Water soluble thread is popular for machine basting, it is very useful when creating trapunto quilting designs, and is excellent for holding appliqué in place until permanently attached. After the project is finished, dipping the work into water makes the temporary thread dissolves leaving you with the special effect of your creation. The product is available in 130 mt spool.

transparent thread

If you don’t want to highlight the stitches, or any presence of thread, on your creation, Td 100 nylon transparent thread is the perfect choice. You can rely on our transparent thread for easier invisible quilting and appliqué. The product is available in 300 mt spools.
